Bahan-bahan Biscoff Cheesecake yang Mesti diSediakan

  1. dibutuhkan 250 g Biscoff Cookies.
  2. Siapkan 75 g unsalted butter.
  3. Siapkan 500 g cream cheese.
  4. Sediakan 50 g caster sugar.
  5. dibutuhkan 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  6. Siapkan 240 g biscoff spread.
  7. Sediakan 300 ml heavycream.
  8. Sediakan 180 ml whipped cream.
  9. dibutuhkan 25 g biscoff cookies (crushed).

Langkah-langkah & Proses buatnya Biscoff Cheesecake

  1. Lightly grease an 8inch springform baking tin with butter and line the bottom with baking paper. Add biscoff cookies tona food processor and blend until they resemble fine crumbs. Pour melted butter over crushed cookies and whiz again until the mixture resembles wet sand.
  2. Pour cookie mixture into prepared tin n press down gently using the back of a spoon to form an even layer. Pop in fridge. Add cream cheese,sugar and vanilla to a large mixing bowl and beat with the stand mixer until smooth and creamy. Add 3/4 cup of biscoff cookie spread and beat until smooth.
  3. Add cream and best for a few minutes or until mixture becomes thick and hold its shape. Finally.add the remaining 1/4cup of cookies spread and beat in the mixture.
  4. Pour cheesecake mixture on the top of the cookie crust,smooth the top and refrigerate for at least 6hours or overnight. Decorate with crushed cookie crumbs.
