  4. Siapkan 25 g Unsalted butter (room temperature) ★.
  5. dibutuhkan 1 Egg.
  6. dibutuhkan 100 g Fresh milk.
  7. Siapkan 10 g Flour.
  8. dibutuhkan 1 table spoon Lemon juice.
  9. Sediakan 4 Poppies caramelito cookies (to decorate on top).

  1. Prepare to have a parchment paper on a cake mold..
  2. Crush 10 cookies as the below photo shows. Add butter and mix well..
  3. Place the crunched cookies at the bottom of cake mold. Use a spoon to press it well..
  4. Mix cream cheese with a whisk. Add sugar and mix. Add beaten egg and mix. Add sieved flour and lemon juice and mix well..
  5. Pour the mixture in the cake mold and place 4 pieces of cookies on top. Bake it in a preheated oven for 45 minutes(180℃)..
